- Labor Rate: You pay us a fixed day rate for labor.
- Materials: You directly cover material costs. Don’t fret; I’ll assist in sourcing, and many clients enjoy the convenience of putting materials on my Home Depot account. You’ll even get a text to confirm orders and earn those credit card points!
- Weekly Updates: Every Friday, we meet to discuss progress, ensuring you’re completely satisfied with your project’s status.
- Payment Structure: During our Friday meeting, you’ll pay for 2 days of work from that week, along with a deposit of 3 days for the upcoming week.
- Subcontractors: If we bring in additional experts like electricians or plumbers, you’ll pay them directly once we’ve agreed on a comfortable quote.
